Position Summary

Responsible for design management, technical compliance, estimation, and pre-contract activities for all interior fit-out projects. Acts as the technical authority from tender stage through project execution support.

Key Responsibilities

A. Technical Management

· Lead design development and shop drawing production.

· Ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and authority requirements.

· Review and approve material submissions and method statements.

· Provide technical support to Project Managers Site Engineers during execution.

· Manage design changes and technical clarifications.

B. Pre-Contracts & Estimation

· Lead tender reviews and cost estimation.

· Prepare BOQs, pricing summaries, and tender clarifications.

· Conduct value engineering and cost optimization proposals.

· Support bid strategy and risk assessment.

· Participate in tender negotiations.

C. Coordination & Control

· Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams.

· Ensure smooth handover from tender to execution.

· Maintain technical documentation and records.

· Support claims with technical justifications.

Authority & Decision Rights

· Approve technical submissions and shop drawings.

· Recommend tender pricing to management.

· Approve technical suppliers and materials.

· Reject non-compliant designs or specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Engineering

· 05–06years in interior fit-out

· Strong estimation & design background

· Experience with authority approvals.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM (preferred), Excel, word, ppt.
