Company Overview:
HIT Human Resource Consultancy is hiring on behalf of our reputed client, a leading IT company managing multiple technology-driven construction projects across the UAE.

We are seeking a Technical Supervisor who will coordinate and oversee project operations across various construction sites, ensuring seamless communication between the IT and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide in-depth technical knowledge and guidance to solve complex problems, analyze technical issues, and develop innovative solutions.
• Supervise and coordinate technical activities across multiple construction project sites.
• Act as a bridge between IT and construction departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Plan, monitor, and control project progress and technical operations.
• Conduct regular site visits, including remote locations across the UAE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical challenges efficiently.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven UAE experience in project coordination involving IT and construction environments.
• Strong technical expertise with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Computer literate and well-versed with project management tools.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Must be willing to travel frequently to remote project sites across the UAE.
• Young, energetic, and proactive individual capable of handling multiple project demands.
• Should be able to converse in Hindi and English language.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Sound knowledge of UAE work culture, construction procedures, and field coordination.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
