Technical Coordinator

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).

Experience

• 6–10+ years experience in villa construction (luxury or mass villas).
• Hands-on experience with architectural detailing and coordination.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of building codes, villa construction methods, finishes, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, MS Office, and PDF markup tools.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Soft Skills

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Experience with design-and-build contractors or consulting firms.
• Knowledge of authority regulations (depending on region: Dubai Municipality, DDA, RERA, etc.).
• Experience with high-end finishes and interior detailing for premium villas.
