Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Coordinator to support facility management operations. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and communication skills to ensure efficient coordination of maintenance and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and fit-out activities.
- Prepare and review technical quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Identify problems, analyze technical issues, and propose effective solutions and recommendations.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of service requests and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum [4] years’ experience in facility management or maintenance coordination.
- Strong technical understanding of building systems (MEP, civil, etc.).
- Proven experience in quotation preparation, proposal writing, and cost analysis.
- Excellent MS Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, reports).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; active listener with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Qatar driving license required.
