Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Technical & Creative Content Writer to craft engaging written content for various platforms, including blogs, research topics, and social media.

The ideal candidate should be able to research, write, and edit technical articles, blog posts, and research papers, while also preparing social media and video scripts for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

This is a full-time role based in Delhi, offering a blend of technical writing, creative storytelling, and digital content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Writing & Research

• Research and write technical blogs, articles, and whitepapers on technology, research, and innovation.
• Assist in preparing and editing research papers, documentation, and project reports.
• Ensure all written content is original, structured, and technically accurate.

Social Media & Platform Content

• Create engaging posts, threads, and article summaries for LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Write compelling titles, captions, and descriptions for YouTube videos.
• Maintain a content calendar across social platforms and monitor engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow reach and build a strong professional online presence.

Creative & Video Content

• Write and edit scripts and storyboards for promotional, educational, and brand videos.
• Audit and review edited videos for clarity, flow, and branding before release.
• Work with video editors and designers to align written content with visuals and tone.

Content Management

• Proofread and fact-check all content before publishing.
• Maintain an organised repository of written content, articles, and scripts.
• Assist with presentation and campaign copy when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Journalism, or related field (technical background preferred).
• 1+ years of professional experience in technical writing, content creation, or creative copywriting.
• Excellent command of English writing and grammar.
• Understanding of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube content formats and trends.
• Familiarity with WordPress / Medium and SEO best practices.
• Basic understanding of video production or editing workflow is a plus.
