Sparking Asia is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative (CSR) to assist our clients and support our operations during the night shift. If you are confident, communicate well, and eager to grow, this opportunity is for you!

Position Details:

Role: Customer Support Representative
Shift: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM (Night Shift) and 4PM TO 12AM EVENING
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Location: 7th Floor, Office 704, Kohistan Tower, Saddar, Rawalpindi

Candidate Profile:

• Strong English communication and typing skills
• Confident in interacting with clients and handling queries
• Basic understanding of Upwork is a plus
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks
• Comfortable working night hours
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Professional attitude and a positive mindset
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented behavior
