Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with sales inquiries, product information, and service upgrades to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
  • Support client services by resolving issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required, demonstrating trustworthiness and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English is essential along with additional languages for better client engagement.
  • Previous call center experience or background in customer support is advantageous.
  • Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and customer analysis skills to understand client needs better.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Basic typing skills with attention to detail; familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
