Technical Customer Support Specialist
Merchant Services | Full-Time | Starting Range $21–$24/hour | Studio City
We’re hiring a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our growing fintech team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, and helping small businesses succeed—all in a stable, long-term environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Assist merchants with device setup, software, and account configuration
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Support basic network and connectivity issues (TCP/IP, VPN, gateways)
- Accurately manage account data, billing adjustments, and CRM documentation
- Track and resolve issues using ticketing/help desk systems
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users
- Collaborate with internal teams, agents, and partners
Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, technical support, help desk, or IT-related roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with computers, CRMs, spreadsheets, and email
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fintech, payments, or POS experience is a plus but not required
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus, not required
