Technical Delivery Manager

We're partnering with a leading global bank expanding its Markets Technology function in Singapore. They're looking for an experienced System Analyst / Technical Delivery Manager to play a key role in driving technology initiatives across front-to-back trading platforms. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team at the intersection of business and technology. They are looking for someone who enjoys ownership, visibility, and delivering real impact within financial markets. What you'll do

• Lead and manage technology initiatives across trading, risk, and post-trade systems

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Oversee system enhancements, change delivery, and end-to-end implementation

• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders - clarity and communication are key

• Act as a bridge between development, operations, and front-office users

What we're looking for

• 8-15 years' experience in technology roles within financial markets (banking or vendor side)

• Strong background with trading platforms such as Murex or Calypso, or equivalent front-to-back systems

• Proven ability to drive initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills - confident engaging senior business partners

• Strong analytical mindset and hands on experience in system analysis or delivery management
