Technical Documentation Engineer (Front-End & Back-End)

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Documentation Engineer to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to understand features, APIs, architecture, and workflows, and convert them into well-structured documentation for internal and external use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for both front-end and back-end modules
• Create API documentation, architectural diagrams, feature guides, and release notes
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand system functionality
• Document coding standards, best practices, and development workflows
• Prepare user manuals, FAQs, product guides, and internal knowledge-base articles
• Review existing documentation and update it as new features are released
• Ensure documentation is clear, structured, and aligned with company guidelines
• Assist product and QA teams with test-case documentation where required Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end concepts
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Node.js, PHP, Python, or relevant back-end technologies
• Experience in writing API docs using tools like Postman, Swagger, or GitHub Pages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
