Technical Draftsman / Interior Designer

We are seeking a Technical Draftsman / Interior Designer with proven experience in fit-out projects, including villas and commercial developments, to join our team in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior fit-outs, villas, and commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings and shop drawings
• Ability to prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) accurately
• Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of other design software is an advantage)
• Familiar with UAE standards and site practices
• Currently based in the UAE (mandatory)
• Good coordination skills with designers, site teams, and suppliers

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical and shop drawings
• Assist in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
• Support design and execution teams during project implementation
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams as required

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in fit-out companies in the UAE
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Location: Dubai, UAE
Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred
