TECHNICAL DRAFTSMAN(ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL)FOR MALDIVES

Roles and Responsibilities

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of drafting experience in structural and building projects (added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) - mandatory.
• Bonus points for proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
• Familiarity with structural detailing, reinforcement drawings, and construction documentation.
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Food Allowance /accommodation will be provided
• 2 years work permit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
