Technical Engineer (Civil) – Building Construction

Al Jawal Contracting LLC – Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a motivated Technical Engineer (Civil) with 3–5 years UAE experience in building construction.

Requirements:

* B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.

* Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.

* Experience in shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and quantity take-offs.

* Ability to coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP works.

* Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

* Candidates with Revit, BIM Coordination, and Navisworks experience will be given priority.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and review technical submissions and shop drawings.

* Coordinate site and consultant technical requirements.

* Resolve technical and construction-related issues.

* Support project delivery through efficient planning and coordination.

We are looking for a practical engineer who combines strong technical knowledge with modern engineering software and digital workflows.
