Technical Engineer (Civil)

We're looking for a motivated professional to join our Civil Technical Office team and play a key role in the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project design drawings, BOQs, and contract documents
• Prepare precise shop drawings and Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors for drawing approvals
• Develop comprehensive project documentation: IRs, MIRs, CPRs, steel/casting tables, etc.
• Support survey teams by providing technical data and site measurements
• Resolve unforeseen site-related technical issues promptly
• Prepare as-built drawings and ensure smooth handover to consultants
• Manage subcontractor Quantity Surveying (QS) and invoice tracking aligned with project budgets
• Analyse tenders and prepare technical Bill of Quantities (BOQs)
• Participate in value engineering sessions and internal strategy workshops

Requirements:

• 4 - 6 years of experience in construction and technical office work
• Strong technical and engineering background
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required
• Proficient in AutoCAD, ASD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Revit is plus
