Technical Engineer (Construction)

We are Paramount International Contracting Company, looking for a Technical Engineer with at least 5 Years of work experience in UAE construction projects to handle applications, submission and approvals from relevant authorities. The candidate will coordinate with government departments, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth and timely approvals for construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dubai Municipality
• RTA
• DEWA
• Etisalat
• DU
• Civil Defense and other relevant authorities
• Track and follow up on NOC approvals.
• Coordinate with design, site, and project teams to obtain required drawings and documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and project requirements.
• Attend meetings with consultants and authorities when required.
• Maintain proper records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
• Support project team in resolving authority comments and technical clarifications.
• Monitor permit validity and renewals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority procedures and regulations.
• Experience handling infrastructure and utility NOCs.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• UAE Driving License (preferred).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
