TECHNICAL ENGINEER (Interiors)

AL GHURAIR INTERIORS (AGI) is currently looking for:

TECHNICAL ENGINEER (Interiors)

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Civil / Interior Fit-Out construction of High-rise Buildings, Residential Projects & Hotels in the UAE.
• Coordinate all design development and approval processes with project requirements and standards between Main Contractor, Consultant & Client on site.
• Consider construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards, and other factors during the planning and risk-analysis stages of a project.
• Oversee the procurement process to ensure the right materials and equipment are available on-site, on time, and within budget.
• Excellent technical knowledge of construction cost estimating, budgeting, and procurement practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering discipline or architecture.

NOTE: Interested Applicants must currently reside in UAE and possess proven work experience in the construction industry within the country.
