Technical Engineer (L3)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 Engineer with Presales expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to support both technical operations and the presales process. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between technical teams and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide advanced-level (Level 3) technical support to resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to servers, networks, storage, and cloud solutions.
• Act as the final escalation point for technical issues.
• Presales Activities:
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Develop and review proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
• Assist in creating proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for customers.
• System Design & Architecture:
• Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and services to meet project objectives.
• Project Implementation:
• Oversee the implementation and migration of IT systems, including cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by acting as a trusted advisor.
• Provide training and technical knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
• Document technical solutions, configurations, and procedures to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in IT infrastructure engineering, including at least 2 years in a presales role.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in configuring and managing servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of storage solutions, firewalls, and security technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Presales Skills:
• Strong ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Experience creating technical proposals, diagrams, and presentations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
