We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Evaluation Consultant with proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector and an extensive onsite rig exposure to conduct technical interviews for onshore positions. The Technical Evaluation Consultant will be responsible for conducting the technical interviews for shortlisted candidates by assessing their technical knowledge and experience, providing insightful feedback to our client, and ensuring hiring qualified professionals while building strong pipelines for critical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews for technical onshore roles (e.g., Drilling Engineers, Rig Managers, Toolpushers, Electricians, Mechanics, HSE Officers, Rigger 1).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define role specifications.
• Assist and support the recruitment team in developing sourcing strategies whenever needed.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Conduct technical interviews and provide feedback to Regional Director.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• 15-20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, with extensive onsite rig exposure.
• Strong knowledge of technical job requirements in drilling, maintenance, and operations.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and working under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

• Industry knowledge of Oil & Gas onshore operations.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong networking and headhunting skills.
• Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
