Job Description:
We are a reputed Pan-India valuation firm inviting applications for the position of Technical Executive in Kerala. The role involves extensive field work related to property valuation assignments across assigned districts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visiting residential, commercial, and industrial properties for valuation purposes
• Collecting site data required for property valuation
• Taking property measurements, photographs, and geo-coordinates
• Assessing physical condition and accessibility of properties
• Coordinating with the office team for timely submission of site visit details
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with valuation standards

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Two-wheeler is mandatory
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district(s)
• Basic understanding of property/construction is an added advantage
• Good communication and documentation skills
