Technical Executive – Machinery Division

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Executive to manage the installation, maintenance, and servicing of industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with machinery, and the ability to provide efficient support to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, calibration, and maintenance of company machinery and equipment.
• Conduct technical inspections and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues.
• Coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure timely dispatch and technical support.
• Handle customer complaints or service requests by providing on-site or remote assistance.
• Maintain detailed service records, maintenance logs, and reports.
• Ensure all machinery complies with safety and operational standards.
• Work closely with the R&D and quality teams for product improvement feedback.
• Provide technical training or demonstrations to clients or internal staff as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in machinery servicing, installation, or maintenance (freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
• Willingness to travel for client site visits or installations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
