Overview

This role is for a versatile technical generalist who can blend full-stack web development with automation, RevOps, and advanced tracking. You will build and maintain workflows, connect systems, and support sales, product, and marketing teams by making sure data and tools stay clean, accurate, and reliable.

You should be comfortable working independently, shifting between growth tasks, product support, and automation work, and learning new tools quickly as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Generalist, you will:

• Build dynamic onboarding flows with conditional logic and API integrations
• Configure and maintain affiliate tracking across Stripe, HubSpot, and billing systems
• Create and maintain SQL based dashboards and reporting in tools like PostHog
• Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows, forms, and field logic
• Build automation pipelines using n8n, Activepieces, Make, etc.
• Develop and maintain modern web components, Framer embeds, and animations
• Support WordPress infrastructure, security, and migrations

Required Technical Skills

• Frontend

React, Next.js (App Router), Tailwind, TypeScript, WordPress, PHP, JavaScript

• Backend

Node.js, Next.js API routes, Edge functions

• Database and ORM

PostgreSQL (Neon), Prisma or Drizzle, schema-first workflows, safe deploy practices

• CMS and RevOps

HubSpot forms, workflows, tracking, and API integrations

• SEO and Analytics

RankMath, Google Tag Manager, GA4, PostHog, Meta Pixel, Conversions API

• Auth and Billing

Clerk, Stripe subscriptions, metered billing, and webhook logic

• Affiliate Systems

PAP, Trackdesk, iDev, or custom setups

• Tracking

Event tracking, attribution modeling, GTM setup and maintenance

• Cloud and Hosting

Vercel, Hetzner (Docker and VPS), Cloudflare Workers, KV, and SSL

• Automation and Workflows

n8n, Activepieces, Make, etc.

• AI Integration

OpenAI API, LangChain, and similar toolchains

• Email

Resend, Mailgun, or SendGrid, SMTP setup, and template creation

• Design Handoff

Figma, Framer, and Lottie JSON animations

Bonus Skills

• UX polish including micro-animations, skeleton loaders, onboarding flows
• Vitest or Playwright for testing
• Docker and CI/CD experience
• Familiarity with Recurly, Brex, or NetSuite APIs
• Advanced SQL and cohort analysis in PostHog
• Cloudflare security rules and abuse prevention
• Component libraries such as shadcn/ui and Radix
• framer-motion, Lottie, and SVG animation

Summary

This role blends full-stack development, automation, RevOps, tracking, and AI tooling. You will solve technical challenges across sales, product, and marketing, build efficient workflows, and help ensure systems stay fast, clean, and well-connected.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
