Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Okara District for a Technical Growth Manager & B2B Appointment Setter. This role involves driving business growth through lead generation, identifying new opportunities, and creating strategic relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include managing projects, conducting market analysis, setting client appointments, and supporting sales efforts with well-defined proposals and presentations. Your primary goal is to transform a highly technical profile into a lead-generation machine, targeting international CTOs, AI Research Directors, and Engineering Managers to book discovery calls.
Key Responsibilities

Profile Brand Management: Optimize and manage a LinkedIn profile focused on High-Performance Computing and MLOps.

Content Deployment: Post 4-8 times a week using technical insights provided (converting them into engaging, high-authority posts).

Strategic Outreach: Identify and connect with decision-makers in AI Startups and Research Labs (USA, Europe, UAE).

Appointment Setting: Move conversations from "InMail" to "Booked Meetings" on Zoom/Google Meet.

Engagement: Comment on industry-relevant posts (NVIDIA, Dell EMC, Supermicro, etc.) to increase profile authority.

Candidate Requirements

B2B Experience: Proven track record of generating leads for IT, SaaS, or Agency businesses.

Persistent Mindset: Ability to handle rejections and follow up consistently.
Incentives
Base Salary: As per experience
Meeting Bonus: Per qualified meeting held.
Success Commission: 5% of the total contract value for every deal closed (Earn in Dollars).
