Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all technical operations within the organization.
• Review and approve engineering designs and specifications for construction projects.

• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and construction teams.
• Conduct regular technical audits and performance evaluations of ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
