Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence and best practices.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Review code, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Manage project timelines, identify risks, and provide solutions to overcome challenges.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial.
• Ensure smooth integration, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and encourage continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Senior Developer.
• Strong expertise in [specify stack – e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.].
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹911,747.28 - ₹2,194,751.65 per year
