We’re Hiring: Technical Lead – Audio Visual (AVD Production)AVD Production (Audio Visual Design), a growing event management and AV solutions company in Dubai, is looking for a Technical Lead to join our team.About UsWe specialize in delivering LED walls, immersive projections, and bespoke audio-visual experiences for luxury brands, exhibitions, and large-scale events across the region.Role: Technical LeadAs the Technical Lead, you will oversee AV project execution from concept to completion. You will manage technical teams, ensure flawless installations, and maintain the highest quality standards for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise AV technical teams during setup, operation, and dismantlingPlan, coordinate, and execute AV projects (LED, projection, sound, lighting, rigging)Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all technical operationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsiteCollaborate with project managers and designers to deliver client requirementsTrain and mentor junior techniciansRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in AV installations, events, or live productionsKnowledge of LED walls, projection, sound, and lighting systemsHands-on experience with trussing, rigging, and event setupsStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsBased in UAE (preferred) with willingness to travel when requiredWhy Join Us?At AVD Production, you’ll be part of a creative and innovative team delivering some of the region’s most exciting AV experiences.Apply now by sending your CV to careersavd@gmail.com
