About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Lead who can take charge of our product’s technical direction and ensure everything we ship is solid, secure, and scalable. You’ll guide the engineering team, keep systems stable under growth, and make thoughtful calls that keep Social Champ fast, reliable, and future-ready.

This isn’t about flashy builds — it’s about maintaining strong foundations, improving performance, and building features that hold up under real use.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor developers to write reliable, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Own technical decisions across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Design and maintain systems with performance, uptime, and scalability in mind.
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and testing practices to catch issues before users do.
• Streamline deployment processes and ensure stable releases.
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to turn ideas into well-built, dependable features.
• Maintain clean architecture and consistent documentation across the codebase.
• Identify weak spots in performance or reliability and address them proactively.

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in software development with strong technical leadership skills.
• Deep experience with MEAN/MERN stack.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Proven ability to design and maintain scalable, reliable systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and focus on system stability over quick fixes.
• Excellent communication — clear, honest, and action-oriented.
