Technical lead

As a Technical Lead at Master Works, you will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge data and AI innovation projects. This role requires a strategic technical mind to guide engineering teams and ensure that every solution aligns with the company’s mission of delivering high-impact business value and maintaining its market leadership in the technology sector.

• Architectural Leadership: Architect and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade data, analytics, and AI/ML solutions.
• Technical Execution: Lead technical execution across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outputs.
• Innovation & Experiments: Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilot programs, and innovation experiments utilizing emerging data and AI technologies.
• Strategic Roadmap: Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps and robust solution designs.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure all delivered solutions adhere to the highest standards of quality, security, and data/AI governance.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project milestones, technical risks, and strategic insights to all key stakeholders.
• Vendor Collaboration: Partner with multiple vendors and internal departments to ensure the realization of intended organizational value.

• Years of Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles.
• Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in delivering end-to-end solutions within data engineering, data visualization, and AI/ML domains.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in transitioning data and AI solutions from experimental phases (POC) to production-grade environments.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

The ideal candidate must possess hands-on expertise in the following (but not limited to):

• ETL & Integration: Informatica IDMC for enterprise data integration and management.
• BI & Analytics: SQL Server and Power BI for advanced business intelligence and reporting.
• AI & Advanced Analytics: Dataiku for building, deploying, and scaling AI and analytical applications.
