Technical Lead

Job description

A Saudi base Technical Lead has the responsibility of building company-related technologies and building the technical team and deciding the technology that will be used. Also, he will be responsible for applying managerial tasks to manage the people and ensure deliverables using suitable Project Management tools.

Job Requirments:

• 5-8 Years of experience in developing and managing technical teams.
• High proficiency in Web + Mobile application development.
• Collaboration, team building, and leadership.
• Product development, vision, and planning.
• Collaboration, team building, and leadership.
• Project Management and Lean / Agile methodologies.
• Seamless, engaging and elegant user experiences.
• Continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
• Test automation and executable requirements.
• Microservices and distributed cloud architectures.
• Data processing, search, and analytics at scale.
• Well known of integration/API's Aspects.
• Experience in managing GCP/AWS.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
• Help departments use technology profitably.
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

Location Working Hours:

• Riyadh HQ Office
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Days: Sunday-Thursday
