Technical Lead - E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

* Technical Leadership & Strategy

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable e-commerce solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance platform performance and customer experience.

* Project & Team Management

- Manage a team of developers, QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

* E-commerce Platform Oversight

- Own the technical roadmap for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).

- Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, logistics, and inventory systems.

* Digital Marketing Technology Enablement

- Support marketing teams with technical implementation of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO platforms, and marketing automation systems.

- Enable personalization, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping through data-driven solutions.

* Stakeholder Collaboration

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment and transparency.

- Provide technical insights during strategic planning and budgeting cycles.
