What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in managing diverse projects across IT, Fintech, Finance, and Retail sectors, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end full stack development using React.js, Node.js, Python, and modern databases.
• Solid exposure to AI/ML API integrations, including LangChain, LangGraph, and Vector Databases, within real-world applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead development teams, manage sprints, and drive technical delivery across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Python, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Integrate AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) into production-ready systems.
• Build and optimize LangChain/LangGraph pipelines, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma), and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Define system architecture and ensure high-quality, maintainable code through code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint planning, technical decisions, and product roadmap alignment.
• Manage cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, frameworks, and best practices to enhance development workflows.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables, ensuring timelines, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development with proven expertise in frontend (React.js / JavaScript) and backend (Node.js / Python / FastAPI / Django).
• Experience integrating AI/ML APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.).
• Strong experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
• Excellent understanding of system architecture, data flows, and API design principles.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring small development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or master's in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.55 - ₹90,000.74 per month
