Technical Lead-IBMB
Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.
Leads the technical design, development and implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems
Conduct module level work effort estimations and integrate for the whole system
Estimates the impact of changes in requirements on time, cost and technical functions
Develops, plans and manages implementation of activities for Projects
Conduct system wide integration requirement analysis.
Thoroughly understand the Requirements and Design.
Use best practices and coding standards.
Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback
Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports.
Clarify all unknown areas, which are communicated by the vendor team, from the customer.
Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, enhance and document components develop by self and others as per the requirements and detailed design
Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing for the whole system
Conduct configuration and team management of own work.
Assist Department head / Project Lead/PM/BA in project coordination.
Conduct project risk identification and mitigation action planning with the project Manager

Experience in cards, Digital payments, ATM, CDM, MFK, payment gateway
Trade finance

Digital wealth Management
Omnichannel, Mobile banking, Online transaction banking (B2B).
Required Knowledge and Skills
10+ Years of relevant industry experience.
Good knowledge of the company product development lifecycle and the process tools.
Good knowledge of design patterns
Sound industry trends awareness.
Good knowledge of C#.net, web services (C#.net, VB.net, VB 6.0, C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, OOA and OOD Concepts)
Sound Proficiency with Microsoft .NET/ Java technologies
SQL, Major RDBMS (Oracle) / OO Techniques, data modeling
Sound Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks
Sound communication skills.
Sound time management skills.
Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
Sound ability to take on multiple assignments.
Proven track record to solve problems with complexity

Education and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor degree and postgraduate qualification in Computer Sciences/Software development or equivalent, or relevant experience
