We are looking for a Technical Lead – MERN Stack Engineer to guide our technical team, build high-quality digital products, and help us achieve our vision of impact-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the development team.
• Oversee project planning, architecture, and execution for MERN stack projects.
• Ensure high-quality, secure, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Review and optimize existing codebases.
• Manage deployments, version control, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance.
• Ensure timely project delivery following Unitfactor’s workflow.
• Stay updated with emerging MERN stack technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in web or software development.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN stack).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub and code review processes.
• Understanding of UI/UX and responsive design.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading a team or managing developers.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
