Technical Lead_Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM_Oman

Job Summary:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions,
ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end technical architecture for D365 CRM (Sales, Service, marketing,
Customer 360)
  • Design, implement, and govern integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Web APIs, and
middleware ESB
  • Oversee data migration, performance tuning, and security roles
  • Provide technical leadership to developers; conduct code reviews
  • Work closely with functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery governance, testing strategy, and release management
  • Support production issues and continuous improvement

Required skills and Qualifications

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
✓ 12-15 years overall IT experience; 10+ years D365 CRM, 5+ years hands-on
development in MS Dynamics 365
✓ Proven experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Dynamics Web APIs
✓ Hands-on leadership in large CRM implementations
✓ Strong integration and performance expertise
✓ Microsoft certifications preferred
✓ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
