Job Summary: Lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end technical architecture for D365 CRM (Sales, Service, marketing,
Customer 360)
Design, implement, and govern integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Web APIs, and
middleware ESB
Oversee data migration, performance tuning, and security roles
Provide technical leadership to developers; conduct code reviews
Work closely with functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure delivery governance, testing strategy, and release management
Support production issues and continuous improvement
Required skills and Qualifications
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ✓ 12-15 years overall IT experience; 10+ years D365 CRM, 5+ years hands-on development in MS Dynamics 365 ✓ Proven experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Dynamics Web APIs ✓ Hands-on leadership in large CRM implementations ✓ Strong integration and performance expertise ✓ Microsoft certifications preferred ✓ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
