Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor engineers and technical staff, providing expert guidance on design, construction methods, and problem-solving.
• Design & Documentation: Oversee design reviews, BIM coordination, document control, and approval of shop drawings, method statements, and submittals.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work meets project specifications, company standards, and relevant local codes (e.g., UAE Codes).
• Risk Management: Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and manage technical change orders.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Site Oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to technical requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices, new technologies, and lessons learned.
