Technical Manager

Job Title: Technical Manager - High Rise Project

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical team in the planning, design, and execution of high-rise construction projects.
• Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and optimize project delivery.
• Develop and implement technical strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and adherence to technical specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure best practices are integrated into projects.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members on technical aspects and problem-solving techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role in high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices in the UAE.

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
