Technical Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our team for a high-rise tower project in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical coordination, managing engineering activities, reviewing drawings and submittals, and ensuring all technical aspects of the project are executed in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and approved standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all technical and engineering activities related to the project
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, project teams, subcontractors, and other disciplines
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Resolve technical and design coordination issues efficiently
• Monitor technical submissions and ensure timely approvals
• Support project teams in execution, planning, and problem-solving activities
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance to teams
• Monitor project progress related to engineering and technical matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction and technical management
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects
• UAE construction experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, technical coordination, and construction processes
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple technical activities and deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in interior and finishing stage projects
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and approvals
• Immediate joiners are preferred
