Role Overview:
As a Technical Manager, you will be the backbone of technical planning and execution, ensuring drawings, specifications, and construction standards come together seamlessly on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical aspects of construction projects
• Review and manage drawings, specifications, and material submittals
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, codes, and standards
• Provide technical solutions and support during project execution

Requirements:

• Proven Technical Manager experience for 15 years in UAE - Construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• UAE experience is a strong advantage
