Job Description:
We are looking for a highly competent Technical Manager to oversee and manage the technical aspects of our construction project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong expertise in design coordination, project execution, and technical leadership to ensure compliance with client requirements and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of the project from planning to completion.
• Review and approve design drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve design/site issues.
• Monitor material submittals, method statements, and project documentation.
• Support project management team in planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Prepare technical reports and present updates to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in technical/project management within large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of international construction standards and codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced project environment.
