Technical Manager Core PHP

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with a strong background in clinical software development and team leadership. The ideal candidate must have 6+ years of experience in developing clinical or healthcare applications and have progressed from a developer to a team lead and then into a managerial role. The role requires expertise in core PHP, as our application is built on this technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical software solutions.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Optimize and enhance existing PHP-based clinical applications for better performance and security.
• Mentor and guide developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and database management.
• Implement technical strategies, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest healthcare IT trends and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HL7, etc.).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide scalable solutions for system improvements.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in clinical/healthcare software development.
• Proven experience as a Developer, Team Lead, and Technical Manager.
• Strong expertise in core PHP and experience with MySQL, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with API development, system integrations, and healthcare data management.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, HL7, FHIR, or other clinical data standards is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a development team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in performance optimization.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience in cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs270,000.00 - Rs370,000.00 per month
