Job Description Technical Manager - Identification 6 months fixed-Term Contract, full-time role with competitive remuneration and benefits Location: Onsite, Office based in Murarrie, Queensland - Australia Career growth: Expand your expertise in a growing, successful industry Professional development: Gain valuable experience in a dynamic, evolving roleTechnical Manager - Identification (6 month contract), Australia. Support our company's identification products including visual and electronic tags, tissue sampling units, applicators and related equipment. What You Will Do Responsibilities include, however not limited to: Provide technical support to internal teams, sales, retail partners, farmers and customers Assist the lead technical expert across the identification portfolio Manage customer complaints using CRM and the bespoke ERP; maintain accurate data and records Investigate product complaints and failures; report internally and to relevant external parties; conduct on farm visits when required Measure and report on complaints; work with Quality Assurance, regional and global teams to escalate issues and drive resolutions Identify and implement process and workflow improvements for below expectation product performance Prioritise and coordinate technical support to ensure timely, customer centric service Support launches, upgrades and improvements; assess Australian market suitability, risks and benefits; provide technical recommendations Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet business objectives and foster high performance Champion innovative, technology enabled ways of working; define and track metrics for efficiency and service improvement Maintain high standards of communication and cooperation with sales, marketing, finance, technical and operations Ensure compliance with legal, statutory and corporate requirements Use company resources effectively, efficiently and profitably Operate in line with Company Commercial procedures, sound business practice and delegated authority What You Must have Proven technical experience in animal health, livestock equipment, identification and traceability, or related sectors; customer service experience in animal health Proficient with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) and other business systems Strong, empathetic customer service and relationship management Able to manage competing deadlines and fast-track urgent orders Clear, compliant communication within company guidelines Excellent data entry and attention to detail Experience with regulatory processes or regulated environments (advantageous) Skilled in complaint handling, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes Strong understanding of agriculture, especially sheep (advantageous) High organisational skill; flexible and agile under pressure, able to switch priorities seamlessly Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal skills; able to engage at all levels Results-driven with a passion for customer satisfaction Committed to improving customer experience across all touchpoints; able to build processes that drive satisfaction Sound judgement, decisive decision-making and problem-solving using evidence-based reasoning Strategic and innovative thinker focused on technical deliverables Demonstrated success collaborating across functions and geographies; contributes to business decisions as a technical leader What You Can Expect Work autonomously whilst being supported, encouraged and being part of a trusted Global leading Animal Health organisation Exposure to upskill and develop in your role Flexibility and opening doors to other opportunities and skillsets Joining a collaborative team of likeminded individuals We are proud to be a company that embraces the value of bringing diverse, talented, and committed people together.
