Technical Manager - MEP

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager – MEP to join a reputed construction organization involved in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills and extensive experience managing MEP systems from design coordination through execution.

Experience Required

• 15 – 18 years of total experience
• Proven background in high-rise building & large-scale construction projects
• Strong exposure to MEP works in a contracting environment

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP technical aspects of high-rise construction projects
• Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Resolve technical issues related to MEP design, installation, and commissioning
• Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, codes, and project timelines
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure quality control across all MEP disciplines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, international codes, and local authority regulations
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-value projects

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
