CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a full-time Technical Marketing Specialist. This position will be hybrid.

Overview
The Technical Marketing Specialist supports digital marketing initiatives through hands‑on website management, technical SEO execution, content development, analytics reporting, and cross‑channel digital support. This role blends technical expertise with creative problem‑solving to enhance website performance, improve search visibility, and support integrated marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working across multiple digital platforms, and able to translate technical insights into actionable marketing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Technical Support
- Update and maintain website content using Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
- Use HTML and CSS to refine web pages, improve layout, and support campaign landing page builds.
- Ensure websites are optimized for user experience, responsiveness, accessibility (ADA), and conversion performance.
- Conduct website audits to identify issues related to functionality, navigation, and performance.
SEO Execution
- Perform technical SEO tasks including website crawls, error identification, and troubleshooting.
- Implement on‑page SEO best practices (meta tags, alt text, schema, internal linking, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and provide recommendations to improve organic visibility.
- Monitor SEO performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and opportunities.
Digital Content & Channel Support
- Create and update digital content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
- Support social media content scheduling and posting across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X.
- Assist with monitoring social engagement and online reviews, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and other tools to track digital performance.
- Prepare reports on website traffic, SEO results, and campaign performance.
- Use data insights to recommend improvements to digital content and user experience.
Cross‑Channel Digital Support
- Collaborate with SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing teams to support integrated campaigns.
- Participate in client or internal meetings and document key notes and action items.
- Assist with testing website functionality, campaign landing pages, and tracking implementations.
- Utilize digital marketing tools to support campaign execution and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of SEO or digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Webflow.
- Experience with Google Analytics/GA4 (required); familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and Google Ads is a plus.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, email marketing, and social media best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated passion for digital marketing through work experience, certifications, coursework, or extracurricular involvement.
- Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfort working independently and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus
