About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Office Architect to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of hospital and laboratory turnkey projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven experience in healthcare facility design, and a solid understanding of the specific requirements and standards related to hospitals, laboratories, and cleanroom environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and medical equipment teams to ensure seamless integration of all disciplines.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, finishing schedules, and as-built documentation.
- Review and validate material submittals, method statements, and RFIs for architectural works.
- Conduct technical meetings with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design and execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare design codes, infection control requirements, and functional planning for medical and lab facilities.
- Provide technical support during project execution and handover stages.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical office or design coordination role.
- Mandatory experience in hospital and laboratory turnkey projects — including functional layouts, cleanroom design, and specialized systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare architectural standards (e.g., AIA, FGI, or equivalent).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite (BIM knowledge is an asset).
- Excellent technical coordination and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure with multiple stakeholders.
