Technical Office Electrical Engineer

Dunes is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Technical Office Electrical Engineer to join our distinguished team in Sheikh Zayed . We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated professional with 3–5 years of proven experience in technical office operations, preferably within residential construction projects .

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing electrical shop drawings , bill of quantities (BOQs) , material specifications , and all related technical documentation. The role also requires effective coordination with various project stakeholders , including consultants, contractors, and site teams, to ensure project requirements are addressed promptly and accurately. Additionally, the selected engineer will provide ongoing technical support to site activities , ensuring compliance with project standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and revise electrical shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare accurate BOQs, technical data sheets, and material submittals.
• Coordinate and follow up with consultants, procurement teams, and site engineers to ensure the smooth execution of work.
• Provide technical clarifications and support during project implementation.
• Ensure adherence to codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout project phases.
• Participate in resolving design discrepancies and addressing technical challenges on-site.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical office work, preferably in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
