Technical Office Engineer – Civil / Architectural

Hassan Allam Construction is currently looking to hire a Technical Office Engineer – Civil / Arch with +2 years of experience in construction projects to join our growing team.

🔹 Job Requirements

• :Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• .Minimum 2+ years of experienc e in construction projects
• .Strong knowledge of shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
• .Experience in quantity surveying and BOQ review
• .Good understanding of project specifications and contract documents
• .Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit is a plus)
• .Good communication and coordination skills

🔹 Job Responsibilitie

• s:Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings with site and consultan
• t.Submit and follow up on material and technical submittal
• s.Review and interpret contract documents and specification
• s.Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure compliance with project requirement
• s.Assist in quantity take-offs and variation order
• s.Ensure all technical documentation is properly recorded and update
