Ebdaa for Industrial Investment was founded in July 2021 to manage wooden and metal furniture factories, with a focus on importing advanced technical systems and production lines from the German company HOMAG. delivering innovative projects and high-quality products.

Role Description

1️⃣    Design Development & Management

• Review and approve technical drawings, CAD designs, and 3D models of furniture products.
• Collaborate with designers to finalize manufacturable designs.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and material limitations.

2️⃣     Production Planning & Coordination

• Develop production plans including BOMs, cutting lists, and process steps.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
• Communicate technical details with the manufacturing team and solve production issues.

3️⃣     Material Selection & Cost Optimization

• Select suitable materials, hardware, and finishes.
• Work with procurement to source cost-effective, high-quality options.
• Explore new techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical management in the furniture industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino).
• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Leadership & team management skills are essential.
