Duties

· Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission

· Troubleshoot customer problems

· Generate return material authorizations

· Assist in testing for new product development via performing validation tests

· Updating the company website with tech tips and brief documents

· Conduct cloning of laptops for clinical and medical offices

· Leverage cloud-based knowledge to optimize infrastructure

· Assist in maintenance of software platform for report generation

Requirements

· Ability to troubleshoot technical issues for electronic devices

· Ability to organize tasks and maintain a high degree of attention to detail with a sense of urgency.

· Ability to self-manage, multi-task, handle conflicting priorities and adapt rapidly to new projects and deadlines.

· Excellent people and phone skills

· Ability to combine product knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues

· Intermediate-level computer skills

· Familiarity with Cloud-based networks

· Intermediate-level coding skills; preferably MATLAB and C#

Pay: $55,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
