Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,500 (all inclusive)

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to manage electrical, HVAC, BMS, AV, fire safety, and general technical operations across the attraction. The role ensures smooth daily operations, safety compliance, and effective coordination with contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems (MDB, SMDB, DBs, generator, UPS).
• Oversee HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Ensure proper functioning of AV and BMS systems.
• Manage fire safety systems, elevators, DCD & Hassantuk compliance.
• Handle CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Support attraction operations, resolve technical issues, and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with contractors for AMCs and technical works.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma/ITI or equivalent.
• Experience in electrical, HVAC, BMS, AV, or technical maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
