Job Summary:
The Technical Operating Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective processes to support business growth and customer satisfaction. The COM will collaborate with senior management to implement policies and strategies aimed at optimizing operational performance .
Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring all departments (claims, underwriting, customer service, etc.) operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's objectives and market demands.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational success and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory standards and company policies, minimizing risks and potential liabilities.
- Enhance customer experience by streamlining processes and addressing customer feedback effectively.
- Oversee operational budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet financial targets.
- Identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Knowledge And Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.

Extra experience Required:
