Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced engineering professional to lead the company's technical operations. The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of MyWater's products, IoT systems, manufacturing quality, and technical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical performance of MyWater's products, IoT platform, and alarm monitoring system.
• Identify and resolve recurring technical issues through root cause analysis.
• Improve product reliability, manufacturing quality, and engineering processes.
• Ensure production follows established engineering and quality standards.
• Monitor technical KPIs and drive continuous product improvements.
• Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Service teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Coordinate with software/CRM teams for product and IoT improvements.
• Present technical performance and recommendations to the CEO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in technical operations, manufacturing, or engineering management.
• Strong understanding of IoT systems, electronics, production, and quality control.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and technical systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
